“I have used pmplumbing for many years and during that time Paul has undertaken two major refurbishments for me.
Of the major works, the first was the complete refurbishment of our shower room which was undertaken in 2013. This included the supply and fitting of a new showering system, fitting a digital type shower and running hot and cold water supplies to it, supplying and fitting a lakes pivot shower enclosure, tiling within the shower area, fitting skirting board re-plastering etc.
In the Autumn of 2019 we asked Paul to strip out everything from our bathroom / toilet and completely refurbish it including removing the existing flooring and replacing with Multipanel click floor tiles. We now have a well arranged bathroom with new toilet and concealed cistern wash-hand basin and bath, including the removal and replacement of the existing wall tiling from the floor level to the existing window cill level. The work included the supply and fitting of the basin with a base unit and panels and postformed worktop. All necessary re-plastering was undertaken by Paul to the same high standard as the rest of his work.
In both cases the final result was to our complete satisfaction. The smaller matters which we have asked Paul to undertake from time to time have always proved completely satisfactory.

" I was fortunate enough to first employ Paul when the plumber I had contracted to replace
one of my bathrooms let me down at the very last minute and I was referred to Paul by another contractor. Despite the parts, materials and layout not having been discussed with him he
was happy to pick up the job and only suggested changes where he felt they were in my best interests. Apart from being friendly, easy-going and a pleasure to deal with Paul is hard-working, honest, well-informed and frankly works to a perfectionist level rather than just competent.
I can honestly say I wish I had chosen to employ him in the first place. Paul will always offer sensible advice from years of experience to ensure you get the job you actually want at the end of it. I have since re-employed him to replace my other bathroom and kitchen. In particular I was pleasantly surprised how Paul managed to keep as much of my
Kitchen operational for as long as possible during this job such that it wasn’t the hassle or inconvenience I was expecting it to be. I have also employed Paul to do some smaller jobs
for me such as replacing radiators or emergencies such as radiator tank leaks and broken shower pumps in the middle of Winter. Paul approached these jobs with the same level of professionalism shown as for the large jobs. He also treated an emergency as exactly that
